I've been teaching yoga + movement for almost 10 years now, lead retreats worldwide and have a passion for my own personal practice. 25-Min. Relaxing Yoga | Restorative Mobility Flow w/ Upper Back + Neck Stretches
Hi friends! This is a 25 min full body mobility flow with an upper back focus. Lots of stretches to release neck and shoulder tension! This flow is the definition of a feel good yoga practice and will leave you feeling open and untangled! We will weave in some deeply restorative yoga postures as well for full relaxation.

Flexibility is so sneaky because usually we’re sitting or laying down to work on it so it seems “easier” but it sneaks up on you!!! How did you do with your king pigeon? 🤍✨
@@JRockYoga it was my first time ever attempting it and I started from my most flexible side (I'm quite flexible), but it wasn't the best because at that point I was still trying to understand the position and, especially, how to keep my balance. I got it all for the left side, but since it is not as flexible as the right side, I felt it was a bit "squished". however, I think it's a beautiful position and I can't wait to be back to try it a second time! thank you for including it in "our" practice <3

Such a great class. Easy but so effective asanas in it. I always love the all transitions from wild thing, making me feel so good and strong 💪🏻 🤩. Also one of my favorite for all time is going chaturanga from handstand 🤤🥹. Thank you for sharing and Namaste Jess🙏🏼🍀

I wasn’t either when I very first started!! Over time they became more floaty (still challenging) but now I love them!! Stick to it and good work 💪🐸😊
